I asked an customer service agent about this via email and they confirmed that they've been understaffed for MONTHS. After the pre-recorded message, it hangs up on you. This is by design so you cannot get a live agent on the line. The top started malfunctioning and I contacted BioBidet because it was still under warranty. I have a $2000 BioBidet toilet at my house that has a specially shaped bowl that only fits their top. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to buy this brand.
